The Zing Eye Tracking app keeps failing during the practice during an assessment – it says "you seem to have a problem locating the dots". What should I do?
Ensure you are using the provided chin rest for calibration and assessments.
Repeat the "Calibrate Eye Tracker" step by clicking on it again and then "Test Calibration" to make sure the Tobii Eye Tracking bar is actually recording the gaze position.
Ensure the participant is following the instructions correctly.
