The Zing Eye Tracking app keeps failing during the practice during an assessment – it says "you seem to have a problem locating the dots". What should I do?

  • Ensure you are using the provided chin rest for calibration and assessments.

  • Repeat the "Calibrate Eye Tracker" step by clicking on it again and then "Test Calibration" to make sure the Tobii Eye Tracking bar is actually recording the gaze position.

  • Ensure the participant is following the instructions correctly.
