The calibration constantly fails in the Tobii Configuration App, what should I do?
Ensure the Tobii Eye Tracking bar is connected and positioned correctly.
Ensure that the screen is not tilted too far up.
Ensure you are using the provided chin rest for calibration and assessments.
Ensure that you are at the right height for the Tobii Eye Tracking bar position.
Ensure that you are following the calibration instructions correctly - making sure your eyes (represented by white circles) are in the box and make sure you keep your gaze on the blue calibration circles.
Ensure that no one is standing behind yo whilst using the Tobii Eye Tracking bar - this could cause confusion for the apps.
Restart the Tobii Configuration app.
