Please don't miss the Zing Boost as the purpose is not to make you feel stressed but to distract the thinking brain whilst the Cerebellum works on performing the balance exercises. This will make sure you're getting the maximum benefit from the Zing program. At the end of the exercise, you can rate the level of difficulty you're experiencing.
You have the option to change the Boost before the start of the exercise to one that is less stressful, or you could try a simpler topic of your own for your Boost and build from there. E.g. begin with just listing different types of fruit and vegetables, and then when you're finding that easy you can add difficulty by working through the alphabet listing the different fruits and vegetables...A - apple, B - banana, C-carrot etc.
