# How do the exercises differ from one another?

There are a range of scientifically tested exercises that have been created to develop the higher functions of your cerebellum, focusing on visual and auditory processing and motor skills. As your brain becomes used to a specific exercise it is necessary to change the exercise to continue to stimulate the vestibular system and cerebellum. The range of exercise types include sensory stimulation, co-ordination, balance and eye tracking.
