# How long are the programs?

This is not a ‘quick fix program’. The physiologic and neurological change that must take place takes time and effort. New neurological path ways and communications must be created and established, which takes time.

The initial 90 day Bootcamp we see as a good kick start to creating neuroplasticity within the Cerebellum.

We find that due to the positive impacts our programs provide, participants like to continue to further develop their Cerebellum and this is why we offer the monthly subscription at a lower cost.
