# I am struggling to get my child to complete their exercises. What else can I try?

It is always good to make the exercises part of your daily routine. Also, some of our parents use rewards to encourage their children to stick to their program. Sticker charts are often very useful for this, so once they achieve a certain number of stickers your child can receive a treat which you have both agreed on.
