# Are Zing Performance's programs available in other languages?

Currently Zing Performance's programs are only available in English. However, to help users understand how to perform the exercises, we have added audio and animations to show what is expected. It is therefore possible for non-fluent English speakers to do the program but it would depend on how comfortable they are at understanding instructions in English and following the animations.

The individual is also asked to complete an assessment each month to see how they are progressing. If translation is needed it would affect their assessment results (but not their real benefit from the program).
