# What are the Points and Reward Badges for?

You earn points for completing an exercise session to achieve reward badges. Completing exercises on consecutive days will earn bonus points and help you achieve badges more quickly. You can view your badge collection in the side menu of the app.

Note: Points and badges are for motivation and do not signify progress through the program.
